  3. Prepare the Gravy Paste: Roast mustard seeds, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, garlic cloves, and red chillies on low flame. Blend them with chopped tomatoes and Dharitri Lakadong Turmeric Powder into a smooth paste.
  4. Cook the Gravy: Heat mustard oil in a pan, add the paste, and sauté for 3–4 minutes. Add water gradually until desired consistency is reached. Simmer until oil separates.
